Down the Tengu PathThe Kami war has ended and spirits everywhere are returning to their natural dispositions. For the Tengu that means returning to a state of purgatory in the physical realm. The Tengu are the ghosts of angry, vain, or heretical priests who had fallen on the "tengu-road". As devout men, they cannot go to Hell, yet as people of poor principles, they also cannot go to Heaven. Now they plague the pious and mislead the innocent and generally cause trouble for the world in which they are trapped. Everyone discards, you discard, your opponent discards, the kid that lives down the street discards, but you take advantage of it. Discard your Pyrrhic Disdain to make everyone discard more, discard Exiled Son only to put him into play at end of turn flipped or put Malevolence into play so while your opponents are discarding you are dealing damage to everyone and everything. Once you have the advantage be sure to keep it. Use Sojobo King of the Tengu to return your arcane spells from your graveyard to your hand every time he attacks, then use Karuma Mountains to return your spirits from your graveyard to your hand every time you play an arcane spell. Rinse and repeat.
