Mochi's IreThe Kami war left many casualties the Minimo School was decimated, the Oboro palace was invaded by oni, innocent people all over the plane have suffered. Great suffering and hardship can bread many emotions, in Mochi’s case it is a determined anger. Mochi’s great plans were laid to waste, his allies were killed, and he himself only narrowly evaded a terrible death by chance. Now he has gathered new allies to take revenge on all of those who previously stood in his way. Where before he was a hiding behind the scenes, not much more then a trickster, now he has great power at his fingertips and is more then willing to let people know it. Destroy you enemy’s plans before their tools are even in their hand. Take advantage of the Peer ability to determine if you really want your opponents to draw what is coming there way. If you see trouble coming, take it away with Rajin, Confounding Æther, or Blessed by Chagrin and force your opponent to discard the top of their library. Make your opponent choose their own destructions. Ask your opponent things like "Would you rather have all your creatures blocked or mill 4 to return Nurikabe to my hand?" "Would you rather tap that creature or mill 4 because of my Kiyohime?", "Would you rather mill 8 or let me counter that spell with Nekomata's Glair?", or "Would you rather mill 15 or let me draw 3 with Tea Ceremony?". Early game they will most likely allow the mill assuming that they will kill you before the mill matters but with the frequency that they are having to make that choice it will add up quickly. Once your opponent’s library is getting low and they are starting to feel the pinch they will start to allow you your liberties and you can start to use them to control the board, by now there are most likely enough cards in their graveyard to tap everything they own with Reminiscence.
